Dinner Out at the Steakhouse

We finally had time to go out to dinner for my birthday. We went to Cool Hand Lukes. It is quite a steakhouse. Western theme.. blooming onion if you want it etc.
Prices are very good in comparison to other steakhouses.. according to the girls who know such things.


Sue had the skirt steak with button mushrooms. She does not usually like steakhouses, growing up in Ft Collins Colorado the home of one of the better independent steak houses in the country.

She was impressed. I really like restaurant pork when I get a chance. I choose the rasberry chiplote spare ribs. Makes my mouth water just writing this down. We had all the fixings.. both come with soup or salad and choice of side.. we opted for baked potatoes since they are impossible to come by in our ovenless sinkless kitchen. Sue reminded me that we are over 8 months with out a complete kitchen. I think it is more like 6 months.. but who is splitting hairs.

Drinks are served in Mason jars.. of course.

Total dammage for 2 was 34dollars.. good deal.
