A Browning Solution

I just remembered, sometimes I will brown the beef chunks in mild chili powder. It stays brown and it caramelizes without gluten in the stew.

  2. Someone said that almond meal (available at trader joe's) is a good late stage thickener and is also good for low-carb ers.
