I woke up last night at 1:30. I had the chills so bad that I was rubbing my torso as hard as I could to get warm. So where is the aspirin? After digging thorugh piles of likely candidates I came upon some equate. Then every two hours for the rest of the morning and into the afternoon I was equating... Sue said that I should no into the urgent care and see about it. Luckily there is one nearby. The wait was really short (about 24 minutes). The Armeanin confirmed that I had the flu. It brought back memories of the Mellenium night that Linzi drove me into the emergency. They gave me a new pill and the effects of the flu were minimal after a a day or two. So I have on order the magic pill (take one for each of 5 days). Temperature was 102. She said that adults don't do well with any temperature difference. So I am taking Motrin, drinking lots of liquids and I should be better soon.

Hope you get to feeling better, 'trick! Drink lots of fluids and REST!!!!! Take as much time off as you need, don't rush back to work... it will still be there when you get back (most people go back to work waaay too early!)
